Baltika-Baku Brewery is seeking for:

Head of Legal Affairs

Job description:

• Identification and mitigation of risks in connection with the conclusion and implementation of contracts;
• Preparing draft corporate (including complaints ) documents for establishment of representative offices and legal entities;
• Represent Employers’ interest in different authorities (if applicable) ;
• Adaptation & Implementation of Group Legal Policies & Processes into the business unit;
• Close functional interaction with Head Quarter; 
• Responsible for all strategic official output documentations’ content;
• Close interaction with state agencies, stakeholders on legal issues;
• Performing legal research and providing legal advice on Law;
• Providing legal advice and comments to the Management Team in different legal directions.

Requirements:

• University degree in law or international law
• Knowledge  of contract law, antitrust law, foreign trade transactions, administrative law, intellectual property law, real estate law, and experience in the courts;
• Possession of Legal Information Systems
• Min 5 years of experience in related field,
• Strong communication, analytical skills and leadership qualities.
• Ability to identify problems and find possible solutions related to the Legal aspects
• Ability to work under stress
• Team-work ability
• Advanced MS Office user
• Fluent in Azeri and Russian, upper - intermediate in English

Working conditions:

• Working hours: 40 per a week
