Our company, Samsung Engineering Co. Ltd has Fertilizer Plant Construction Project in Azerbaijan and needs a specialist for position :

HR & Government Relations Manager

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR
• Good knowledge of Recruitment procedure(including Recruitment documents)
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including performance management, succession planning, recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefit, HR planning, employee relations, HR operations
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with Government authorities,as Labor Inspection, Migration Service and Police authorities.
• Good knowledge of Labor Code,Migration Code and other laws of Azerbaijan Republic.
• Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian, verbal and written.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Has excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Has the ability to work independently as well as in a team.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up.
 
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Work coordinately with line managers for job grading and matching. Ensure that all job descriptions were prepared, reviewed and communicated.
• Receive organizational change requests and discuss the need with line managers. Perform headcount planning discussions with divisions and departments
• Guidance to Unit Management on planning and implementation of vacations. Keeping HR Processes in a full compliance with legal and regulatory framework
• Periodical reports on HR processes implemented in designated units
• Making sure that all necessary documentation related with HR processes were in place.
