We are currently seeking for Mechanical Engineer

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Perform engineering duties in planning and designing tools, machines, and other mechanically functioning equipment. Oversee construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and repair of such equipment;
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports;
• Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information;
• Research and analyze design proposals, specifications, manuals, and other data to evaluate the feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements of designs or applications;
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance department;
• Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications;
• Establish and coordinate the maintenance and safety procedures, service schedule, and supply of materials required to maintain machines and equipment in the prescribed condition;
• Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and to make recommendations to maintenance crew;
• To liaison with the operations department and or the customer on the method’s and requirements of each job;
• The Mechanical Engineer also has a direct responsibility to comply with the company policy on PPE as well as fulfilling his obligations under statutory health and safety law.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in related field;
• An awareness of lifting equipment and our industry is an advantage;
• This job has specific hazards relating to hydraulic and mechanical installations, and requires the person to have the necessary training and ability to strictly adhere to safety procedures associated with the work.
• University Technical Degree;
• Fluent in Azeri, Russian and English languages
