Construction  Company  looking  for a  SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Job descriptions :

*control static projects and comment as company benefits
*coordination of designer and construction team as project management team
*approval of construction materials as project management team
*control of project schedule and budget
*determines the goals of the company or organization
*devises plans for each phase of the project
*identifies and procures the resources needed
*recruits engineering staff
*performs quality control checks, ensuring the safety and effectiveness or reliability of the system or product
*evaluates the costs within a specific time frame.
*supervises the installation of the equipment or the manufacturing process of a product
*negotiates with team members to generate ideas and clarify specifications
*delegates tasks as necessary to engineering team
*resolves disputes between team members

Requirements:

Minimum   10   years of experience  in construction.
Familiar with  AUTOCAD CIVIL 3D – SAP - MICROSOFT OFFICE
Azerbaijan Local Rules and Norms / IBC 2009 Norm / SNIP / NFPA 101, 2012 - Life Safety Codes /
NFPA 88A, 2011 - Standard for Parking Structures /
NFPA 5000, 2012 - Building Construction & Safety Code
Fluent Azerbaijani .  Intermediate    in   English. 

Working   schedule:    09:00 – 18:00, 6 days a week.
