Our company, Samsung Engineering Co. Ltd has Fertilizer Plant Construction Project in Azerbaijan and needs a specialist for position :
 
Logistics and Procurement Coordinator  

Requirements:

• University degree
• Minimum 3 year experience in Logistics/Custom clearance
• Good knowledge of Customs Code and procedure
• General knowledge of Inco-terms and import formalities
• General knowledge of imported material for petrochemical plant
• General knowledge of procurement and local market about construction material
• Fluent Azerbaijani, English and Russian, verbal and written
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Has excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Has the ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-up
 
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordination/Support with Owner(Consignee) and logistic company for custom clearance
• Coordination with logistic manager in head office
• Verification of shipping documents such as Shipping Invoice, Packing list, COO, AWB, B/L, CMR.
• Support to prepare documents for customs clearance, if required
• Execution of the necessary supporting documentation, if required
