OJSC DemirBank is currently looking to fill a position in Risk Management Department as a Head of IT Risk Division.
Main Roles & Responsibilities
• Supervision (with extensive direct involvement) in monitoring and management of information security of the Bank;
• Supervision (with extensive direct involvement) of reporting automation for risk purposes;
• Extensive involvement in small-scale software development for data-mining purposes;
• Review and preliminary approval of internal procedures with IT risk aspects;
• Analysis of current trends and possibilities of their application in IT;
• Other relevant tasks.
Main Requirements
• Education in IT field, preferably abroad;
• Advanced skills in at least two programming languages;
• Excellent user of Linux, MS Windows;
• Excellent skills with Oracle SQL, extensive experience with databases;
• At least 4 year of experience in IT;
• Demonstrated leadership skills;
• Proper written and verbal communication skills in both Azeri and English;
• Any IT certification (CISSP, ISP, etc.) would be a plus;
• Positive reference from any former employer.
