Job title: RECRUITER

Baku Shipyard LLC is looking for Recruiter.

Salary is negotiable and depends on candidate’s experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruiting plans;
• Writing and placing of job advertisements;
• Reviewing resumes, screening applicants over the phone;
• Coordinating and conducting interviews, administering tests to applicants, checking references;
• Conduct the induction program for new employees;
• Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, identify and retain talented employees;
• Works with managers to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implements improvements to staffing processes;
• Develop, recommend and implement creative recruitment techniques to attract qualified candidates;
• Conducts exit interviews and analyzes data.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant work experience in recruiting;
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, strong attention to detail;
• High regard for confidentiality of information;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills;
• Able to converse/write in both English and Azeri;
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
