Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan
Job Purpose:
- Organization and control of work of the Sales department:
- Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts
- Develops sales process and sales support staff
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
- Arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
- Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential customers
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Gathering market and customer information
- Representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and presentations
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with Procurement department
- Develops all tender documentation, elaborate Quotation and all supported documents
- advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions;
- Creating detailed proposal documents, as part of a formal bidding process
- Analyze the PPE Market
- Participation in drawing up the annual purposes of the company
Skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Languages - English, Azerbaijan and Russian
- The ability to work logically and systematically, with good time management
- Good knowledge of PPE
- Flexibility and the ability to manage change;
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well as part of a team as well as manage people;
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written;
- Negotiation and analytical skills;
Experience:
- · 5-7 year in Sales Manager or similar positions
