Radio Network Performance Engineer
Requirements
High telecom education
2-3 years experience in radio network
Knowledge of essential principles of radio network, Radio network elements and working principles, Radio network KPIs and analyzes
Strong analytical skills,
Ability to work under pressure,
Experience in preparation of presentations and reporting forms,
Fluent Azerbaijani, intermediate English and Russian language skills;
Excellent MS Office skills;
Free of military obligation;

Roles & Responsibilities:
Check measurement data per each NE
İnform OSS team in case of missing data
Check measurement data after restoration by OSS
Report generation for 2G network
Daily report preparation for 2G network
Report generation for 3G network
Daily report preparation for 3G network
Daily report preparation for 2G network
SMS reporting preparation for network perforamnce
Detailed reporting of network quality after planned works
Responsible for correctness of statistic reports
Support network planning and optimization
Update site list, add new sites to daily reporting files
Prepare utilization report for radio elements (network capacity)
Preparation of weekly and monthly reports
Preapre detailed reports according to requests by other teams
Reporting to other departments (to get approval by management)
KPI analyzing for 2G & 3G radio network
KPI analyzing for LTE network
Analyzing of drive-test reports and prepare compared reporting
Analyze BSC and RNC performance indicators
Per region performance indicator analyzing
Per site performance indicator analyzing
NE capacity and license utilization analyzing
Reporting of sites with blocking problem
Cannel element utilization of 3G network
Detailed reporting of problematic KPIs and interfaces
Prepare detailed reports for problematic areas and send to other teams (agree with direct manager)
Re-check problematic indicators after getting confirmation about problem solving
Control problematic KPIs and periodical update reports
Control network performance in near-real time
Control real-time alarms and prepare detailed reports if required
Fill comment part of reports after clarification of problem reasons
Prepare analyzing reports according to management and other department requests
Periodic checking of 3rd party reporting
Periodically check radio network performance KPI formulas and methods, give suggestions
Open tickets to 3rd party about network problems
Make common analyzing and prepare detailed statistics
Claim for solving problem in time according to SLA to 3rd party
Check problem solving with detailed reports
Maintain good relations with all team members
Understanding and knodledge distribution
Inform all team members and make correct replacement in case of absent team member
Ability of listening and together analyzing of problems
Follow etic rules of relations between team members and management
Regular improvement of knowledge
Give suggestions for reporting improvement
Learn radio KPI formulas and analyse
Lean new systems and operatively organize performance monitoring
Give suggestions for new reporting forms
Control Performance Management syatem work and give suggestions for improvement
Keep confidence of company information
Get approval for reporting going to other deprtments
