Job Title: PR Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the relationship with the public including clients, public media, partners, interested parties, and so on;
• Cooperate closely with relevant departments of the company;
• Administration of corporate and social networks of the company;
• Ensure high-quality media coverage for the company’s' websites and PR materials in social network;
• Manage public-related promotional events; prepare and execute promotional campaigns;
• Support in marketing campaigns, social and advertising programs;
• Draft and prepare for the publication of press releases, news and articles in accordance with the company’s policies and guidelines;
• Maintain good relationship with the public media including local advertising firms and national magazines and e-newspapers;
• Answer inquiries sent to by the public;
• Review editorial schedule and ensure the brand images to be presented;
• Give brief introduction about the company in press conferences, public events and other events;
• Consult with external specialists regarding PR problems or public interviews;
• Write and deliver public announcements of the company;
• Provide assistance to the management regarding pr activities; manage online media support channels.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in PR/Corporate Communication field;
• University Degree (Communications, Media, Public Relations, Journalism);
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills;
• Experience in writing media releases, articles and externally focused communications for a range of audiences;
• Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications, including but not limited to PowerPoint and other graphics and/or presentation software;
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages.
