MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Roles and responsibilities

1. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics

2. Review and find solutions to conflicts in drawings and specifications by conferring with the Designers. Coordinate these solutions with the various sub-trades.

3. Confer with engineers and other personnel to implement installation and operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions, and provide technical information.

4. Oversee installation, operation, maintenance, and repair to ensure that machines and equipment are installed and functioning according to specifications

5. Ensure construction work complies with all engineering standards, codes, specifications and design instruction.

Education

1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering Discipline and 3-5 years experience in marine industry.

Skills

2. Knowledge of applicable mechanical engineering theory, methods and practices.

3. Ability to write Technical Quires or Concessions.

4. Must possess the ability to read and interpret prints/specs, technical writing, and organizational skills.

Language

Proficient in English and Azeri
