Responsibilities:
- Sales Agent is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities.
- Plays a vital role in expanding the company's client base, promoting services, and driving revenue growth.
- Identify and target potential clients within the oil and gas industry, including exploration and production companies, refineries, and service providers.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including project managers, procurement officers, and engineering teams.
- Understand clients' maintenance, manpower, and construction needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
- Conduct presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations to showcase company’s capabilities and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and operations staff, to develop proposals and quotations for clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the sales process and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build relationships, and promote company services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- University Master degree in relevant fields (preferred but not required).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant position.
- Proven sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on maintenance, manpower, or construction services.
- In-depth knowledge of oil and gas operations, processes, and industry standards.
- Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex engineering and construction concepts.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for sales and customer success. Ability to work under pressure
- Knowledge of Azerbaijan, English, Russian (all fluent) is mandatory.
Additional Information:
- Salary: 1500-3000 AZN +bonus %
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
- Location: Caspian Plaza
