Responsibilities:

  • Sales Agent is responsible for identifying, prospecting, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Plays a vital role in expanding the company's client base, promoting services, and driving revenue growth.
  • Identify and target potential clients within the oil and gas industry, including exploration and production companies, refineries, and service providers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including project managers, procurement officers, and engineering teams.
  • Understand clients' maintenance, manpower, and construction needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Conduct presentations, site visits, and product demonstrations to showcase company’s capabilities and services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including project managers, engineers, and operations staff, to develop proposals and quotations for clients.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the sales process and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build relationships, and promote company services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • University Master degree in relevant fields (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in relevant position.
  • Proven sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on maintenance, manpower, or construction services.
  • In-depth knowledge of oil and gas operations, processes, and industry standards.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to understand complex engineering and construction concepts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, and other sales tools.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a passion for sales and customer success. Ability to work under pressure
  • Knowledge of Azerbaijan, English, Russian (all fluent) is mandatory.

Additional Information:

  • Salary: 1500-3000 AZN +bonus %
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00
  • Location: Caspian Plaza
