Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor our social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner, both during and outside of regular working hours.
• Analyze audience behavior and preferences, and share insights on what our customers want and need.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to assist with various tasks and projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Ability to engage and interact with the online community effectively.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian / English is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Basic knowledge of marketing principles is a plus.
