Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure the highest standards on customer service
- Process orders, handle customer inquiries, and provide timely support.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the distribution industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in using 1C and Excel.
