Job responsibilities:

• Leading the Back-End team
• Delegating tasks between backend team and managing deadlines
• Reviewing the scripts - control whether the scripts align with the product, structure and tasks
• Managing and planning tech resources
• Constructing the architecture according to the product
• Monitoring the tech resources and team
• Mentoring and training new programmers and assisting them in their professional development

Skills and abilities:

• At least a year of experience as a backend team lead
• Leadership, work organization and problem solving skills
• Ability to identify technical challenges on time and propose effective solutions
• Min 3 years of experience in DB (MySQL)
• Min 5 years of experience in PHP Laravel
