Key Responsibilities:

• Inbound Transportation:
• Manage and coordinate all inbound transportation activities, including scheduling, tracking, and delivery of goods.
• Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
• Monitor and optimize transportation costs and performance.
• Outbound Transportation:
• Oversee outbound transportation operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
• Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to meet delivery expectations and resolve any issues.
• Evaluate and select carriers, negotiate contracts, and manage carrier performance.
• Customs Clearance:
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and requirements for international shipments.
• Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance.
• Liaise with customs brokers and authorities to facilitate smooth clearance processes.
• Logistics Planning and Strategy:
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance logistics operations.
• Team Leadership:
• Lead and manage the logistics team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• Foster a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Set clear objectives and monitor team performance to achieve operational goals.
• Compliance and Safety:
• Ensure all logistics activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a safe and secure working environment, adhering to all health and safety standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and identify potential risks.

Additional Information:

• Salary negotiable;
• Voluntary medical insurance provided by the company;
• Work schedule: Monday to Friday (09:30-18:30);
• Location: Qafqaz Business Center, Baku City.

• Proficiency in logistics software and tools;
• Strong leadership and team management abilities;
• Effective communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
• Fluency in multiple languages.
