Vacancy:

Sales Manager

Duties:

- Carry out market research and evaluate results;
- Attract potential corporate and individual customers via all official communication ways and by personal visits;
- Generate and apply various marketing tools, including, but not limited to presentations, brochures, advertisement;
- Focus sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of customers;
- Report to the Management on activity principles and results;
- Signing and renewal of corporate contracts;
- Maintain customers’ database;
- Distribution and assignment of corporate customers among attending personnel;
- Participate in preparation of sales plans;
- Take part in arrangement and realization of e-news release and advertisements per corporate and individual customers’ database;
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, service delivery timeframes, etc;
- Receive complaints and resolve them together with Corporate Sales Manager and Customers Care Manager by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to the Management;
other duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

- Age 25-35
- Male or female
- University degree (preferably in Economics)
- At least 2 years work experience in sales
- Advanced sales techniques
- Excellent negotiation skills and customer orientation
- Analytical thinking and problem solving capability
- Capable to handle sales policies, procedures and operations independently
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Very good knowledge of target market in Azerbaijan
- Fluent in English, Azeri and Russian, both written and verbal
- Team oriented, punctual with sense of time and responsibility
- Able to work under pressure

Monthly salary:

1500 AZN (NET)
