Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • Check guests in and out of their rooms using hotel management software
  • Process payments, including handling cash and credit transactions
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively and escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
  • Follow all hotel safety and security procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani, English,  Russian is  an advantage. 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in using computers and hotel management software
  • Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus
