Job title: - Receptionist
Duties:
- Greet persons entering the office, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Do word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, setting appointments, faxing, copying, data entry and other office procedures
- Schedule meetings and conference rooms.
- Coordinate mail flow in and out of office.
- Other duties as requested by the Company Executives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the related field
- Excellent language knowledge level in Azeri, Russian and English
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services.
