Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
  • Install and configure computer systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel.
  • Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
  • Provide support for IT equipment such as printers, scanners, and phones.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Experience in hospitality is preferable. 
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani and English.
  • Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
  • Experience with Windows.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
