Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues.
- Install and configure computer systems and applications.
- Troubleshoot network and connectivity issues.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate IT personnel.
- Track and route problems and requests and document resolutions.
- Provide support for IT equipment such as printers, scanners, and phones.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as an IT Helpdesk Support Specialist or similar role.
- Experience in hospitality is preferable.
- Language skills: Azerbaijani and English.
- Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and peripherals.
- Experience with Windows.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
