Position:  HR Director

Reports to: General Director

Duration:  Permanent, following 3 months of probation

Responsibilities:

• Develops corporate culture within the Company and its affiliated entities through policy development and corporate governance structure formation;
• Supports General Director in developing business processes management system in line with Shareholders’ vision, strategy and ISO quality management standards;
• Creates the Company’s strategic recruitment and selection plan;
• Creates the Company’s strategic training and organization development plan to meet personal, professional, and organizational needs of the Company;
• Oversees the design and development of compensation strategy and programs;
• Oversees compensation programs in the affiliated entities to ensure regulatory compliance and competitive salary levels;
• Directs the administration and recommends on improvements of benefits programs in the affiliated companies;
• Directly oversees HR specialists in the affiliated entities;
• Develops and coordinates grievances and mediates workplace disputes in the Company and its affiliated entities;
• Evaluates procedures and documentation to improve data management at the Company and its affiliated entities in line with ISO 9001:2008 standards;
• Recommends and maintains an organizational structure and staffing levels at the affiliated entities to accomplish the Company goals and objectives;
• Evaluates company culture at the affiliated entities and provides recommendations on changes to accomplish the Company goals and objectives;
• Recommends and establishes policies and procedures for the Company and its affiliated entities;
• Participates in strategic planning and policy-making for the Company and its affiliated entities;
• Plans annually and performs semi-annually the internal audits in the affiliated entities in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 quality management standards;
• Reviews and approves based on consent from the General Director the Human Resources Plans of affiliated entities on the annual basis.

Qualifications sought:

• Educational background: Sociology, Psychology, Business or Management;
• Certification: ISO 9001:2008
• Experience: 5 years of experience and successful track record in senior human resources role, experience with international companies, extensive managerial experience;
• Languages: fluent Azerbaijani, English, and/or Russian.
