Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC is seeking Volunteers for Human Resources Department.

Vision Fund AzerCredit LLC (AzerCredit) helps develop the economy of Azerbaijan by providing credit to small entrepreneurs so that they can grow their businesses and improve their economic situation. AzerCredit is one of the largest micro-credit organizations in Azerbaijan. As an employer, the company is investing in its human resources through contemporary trainings and providing excellent working atmosphere and building staff capacity in order to plant the seeds of more successful future.
AzerCredit is currently seeking Volunteers for Human Resources Department.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1) HR Documentation

• Providing general administrative support to the HR department in HR Documentation                 
• Making an order in personal files;
• Placing the documents inside of personal files with appropriate order;
• Naming and replacing labour books to necessary boxes;
• Assisting in making an order in filing process for daily timesheets;
• Assisting in Orders filing;
• Assisting in HRIS updating process;
• Assisting with creation of Employment Contracts register;
• Assisting in creation of Service contracts register;
• Drafting letters and other documents as required.

2) Recruitment

• Providing general administrative support to the HR department in recruitment;
• Performing filing, photocopying, scheduling of meetings related to recruitment procedures;
• Sort resumes and applications for job openings, and arrange interviews by calling or emailing candidates;
• Post job openings to both internal and external job search websites;
• Schedule and organize test exams and interviews with suitable candidates;
• Keep records of candidate interviews;
• Updating Recruitment Tracking list;
• Assisting Recruiters in organization and participation in Job fairs and other recruitment events.

Eligibility Requirements:

• University graduates or students of 4th course;
• Must have good grades in subjects studied;
• Fluent in Azeri and English (both verbal and written);
• Computer skills in Word, Excel and Databases;
• Understanding of Human Resources and Recruitment topics;
• Good analytical and problem solving skills;
• Ability to fulfill the entrusted tasks;
• Ability to perform multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
• Ability to take initiative;
• Willingness to make a career in financial institutions;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Able to work as team member and to establish friendly relationships.
