Baku Shipyard LLC is looking for Deputy Head of Inspection Department:

Key responsibilities:

He is responsible for inspection and reporting about violation of company rules;
Review and report accidents that happened within the vicinity;
Responsible for assisting the head of inspection department in coordination of security operations, as well as managing, training, and assessing performance of the own personnel;
Provide attentive inspection all areas for safety and fire hazard;
Responsible for conducting internal investigations when necessary, providing courteous service, managing the schedules of own personnel and tracking their attendance;
He must effectively respond to questions and concerns raised by top management, employees, visitors and inspection staff as well as.

Key requirements:

Must have bachelor degree;
At least 4 years’ relevant experience including 1 year of experience in responsible administrative roles within the department;
He must be able to handle paperwork and fill out reports for management;
Must be able to solve practical problems quickly and efficiently when the need arises;
Must understand the importance of confidentiality;
Must possess supervisory and management skills as he takes the place of the head of inspection department when he is not available;
Ability to communicate and express information in Azeri and English;
Good computer skills;
Good organizational, pro-active skills.
