Equipment Deployment Centre and Asset Manager
Responsibilities
o Day-to-day management of Equipment Deployment Centre with the aim of ensuring that the required Service Levels are achieved corresponding to the different phases of the project
o Organizing staffing, including shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet demand
o Recruit and train skilled and experienced technicians
o Ensure that all equipment and systems are deployed as per the technical criteria and instructions provided.
o Respond to the requests for deployment within agreed SLA
o Work with Logistics management team to arrange effective and timely delivery of materials from warehouse to EDC
o Cooperate Project Management and Operations team to provide the requested and equipment
o Maintain the asset register and inventory database
o Responsible for absolute accurateness of the inventory database.
o Provide the regular reports for the equipment deployed at EDC to senior management
o Work closely with Security Team to maintain absolute compliance to Security and Code of Conduct standards.
Skills
o Technical/IT University background
o Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT and Telecommunication field
o Microsoft Certified
o Must be a team player and work well with co-workers of different professional backgrounds
o Fluent in Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
