Service Desk Analyst

Responsibilities

o Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications
o Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
o Talking staff/clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues
o Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
o Following written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
o Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues
o Working continuously on a task until completion (or referral to supervisor, if appropriate)
o Rapidly establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals

Skills

o Technical/IT background
o Minimum 1 year of experience in IT and Telecommunication field
o Good communication skills
o Must be a team player and work well with co-workers of different professional backgrounds
o Fluent in Azerbaijani and English. Knowledge of Russian is an advantage
