Business Analysis and Reporting specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Getting information from Mobile Operator (MO) billing and business information system for preparation of necessary reports. Reports analyses with appropriate feedbacks.
• Be informed about company products and services and research customers’ main needs. According to the research results to propose new offers.
• Researching of customers’ complaints and requests and suggest solution ways
• Preparation of reporting following customers’ behaviour indicators
• Preparation of 3rd party and Marketing reports systematically

Required Skills and Experience

• High education ( Applied Mathematics, Economical Cybernetics, Analytical areas of study)
• MS Office programs - advanced level (MS Excel, MS Access)
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in the field of analysis are preferrable
• 2 years of work experience for MO employees
