We are currently recruiting for a Cash Office Department Manager to join our vibrant team in the newest and most exciting Harvey Nichols Baku Store.

Key Responsibility includes (but is not limited to):

• Up to date paper trail for all accounts and cash flow in line with company policy
• Up to date and 100% accurate trackers for all incentives and staff promotions
• Firm and up to date log of all customer complaints
• Coach/mentor/develop and generally drive training for team.
• Ensure all Company Policies and Procedures are followed and complete all administration tasks.
• Support and work towards achieving 100% Internal Audit compliance.
• Identifying and addressing performance issues and non-attendance; confronting difficult issues professionally and efficiently
• Implementing appropriate incentives for the team
• Ensuring all reviews and appraisals are conducted with the team
Role Profile:
• Oversee an organization’s daily, weekly running of the cash office and monthly cash flow
• Including cashing up daily takings, preparing banking, reconciling safes and issuing change.
• To reduce the amount of cash in collectable status while ethically maximizing the amount of time between receiving payable goods or services and disbursing payment.
• Manage the cash office team, and take ownership of all the till points on the selling floors.
• Cash office will also be a central point for customer services and switchboard for the store.
• Receiving payments for car park, event tickets, gift vouchers etc…
• The cash office manager shall also manage store incentives and petty cash payments.

Requirements and Skills for this position:

• Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in a large Store environment managing team of 20 plus people.
• Ability to train and coach people and gain high standard of skills in Visual Merchandising
• Able to cope with cultural differences
• Excellent language skills: Azeri, and Russian, English is preferable
• High standard use of MS Office applications
