AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for Nationalisation Coordinator (National)

The successful candidates should have:

• HR background
• Project Management and Consultancy skills
• Planning skills
• Good communication skills
• Excellent  Presentation skills
• Proficiency in Excel

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• To develop/ update/ maintain an AMEC Baku nationalization procedure.
• To develop, maintain and manage the Nationalization Plan.
• To support Project Manager in implementation of the overall Nationalisation Plan and to work with function leads/ mentors to assess competency and produce and implement individual staff development plans
• To coordinate the delivery of integration, training and technical knowledge programmes in Baku for national staff
• To be fully conversant with AMEC Learning and Development policies, practices and programmes, CDCA.
• To support the function leads/ mentors in the process of local Staff and Graduate development.
• To support the Project Management team in identifying the resource needs and the development of Azerbaijani nationals against the nationalisation targets
• Ensure that the work is delivered in accordance with AMEC procedures and standards.

Specific Function:

• Preparation of progress reports on Nationalization plan against the targets on monthly basis.
• To ensure that whenever the targets under Nationalization plan are not met, it is highlighted to Management.
• Induction and promotion of Nationalization process to relevant existing and new managers.
• Coordination of competency assessments, gap analysis, and individual development plans.
• To liaise with external parties on Nationalization process as/ when required.
