Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain personnel files and keep employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes in timely fashion;
• Prepare paperwork required to place employee on payroll and establishes personnel file;
• Prepare necessary documents and contracts;
• Control and administration of the vacation usage, business trips and other leaves;
• Assist in hiring process by coordinating job posting on Website, reviewing resumes, performing telephone interviews and reference checks;
• Contact candidates for interview and manage interview timings.
• Provide on-boarding training to the new staff;
• Make sure company policies are well implemented;
• Prepare a variety of HR reports;
• Office attendance control of the staff;
• Other duties assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, MBA or Human Resources;
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience;
• Excellent written and verbal skills in English and Azerbaijani;
• Knowledge of Labour Code of Azerbaijan Republic;
• Advanced knowledge on MS Office applications;
• Excellent communication, inter-personal and problem solving skills.
