Job responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns for our brands on Meta Ads and Google Ads, including display and remarketing strategies;
  • Optimize ad placements to minimize CPC, CPV, and cost per message while maximizing ROI and ROAS;
  • Conduct A/B testing for various ad creative formats to identify the most effective strategies;
  • Analyze and generate reports using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and other relevant tools to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions;
  • Create events and custom metrics in GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track campaign effectiveness;
  • Apply SEO principles, programmatic buying, and display ad placement to enhance campaign performance;
  • Engage in daily communication with project managers, contributing to an intense and dynamic work environment;
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and techniques to offer creative and innovative advertising solutions;

Required qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in managing successful digital marketing campaigns, particularly with Meta Ads and Google Ads (2+ years);
  • Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics 4, including the ability to create events and custom metrics;
  • Familiarity with ROI, ROAS, and other key performance indicators relevant to digital marketing;
  • Experience in e-commerce is advantage;
  • Proficiency in creating reports and insights using Looker Studio;
  • A solid understanding of SEO principles, programmatic buying, and display ad placement;
  • Good level of English proficiency; Russian language skills are a plus;
