AUSA Holdings Branch Office in Azerbaijan was established in October 2004 with the main intention to make available a wide range of commercial services in the local market with the primary focus with Project Management and Project Finance. Company mission is based on Design-Build (DB) standards.
The company has developed with the primary goal to deliver and execute projects to international firms needing to bridge the local cultural gap, implement internationally accepted HSE policy, cost control and standards meeting the high requirements of today's global economy. The company is an elite group of in house trained personnel meeting these goals and objectives.

AUSA Holdings Branch Office in Azerbaijan is currently recruiting for Projects Coordinator, would be responsible to provide effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support services to enable the President to fulfill his operational and strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Strong ability and past experience in document control;
• Excellent Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook processing;
• Excellent Excel skills, especially creating and working on spreadsheets;
• Numerical mind, comfort working with numbers and calculations;
• Attention to details;
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian (writing/reading/speaking);
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills;
• Interpreting and translation skills;
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
• Exceptional interpersonal skills;
• Ability to research, digest, analyze and present material clearly and concisely;
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
• Readiness to work outside of work hours;
• Past work experience in industry/construction, energy sector is a plus.
