AUSA Holdings Branch Office in Azerbaijan was established in October 2004 with the main intention to make available a wide range of commercial services in the local market with the primary focus with Project Management and Project Finance. Company mission is based on Design-Build (DB) standards.
The company has developed with the primary goal to deliver and execute projects to international firms needing to bridge the local cultural gap, implement internationally accepted HSE policy, cost control and standards meeting the high requirements of today's global economy. The company is an elite group of in house trained personnel meeting these goals and objectives.

AUSA Holdings Branch Office in Azerbaijan is currently recruiting for Project Manager, would be responsible for the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control of A-USA projects.
SPECIFIC DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: Leading the development of business and technical requirements for project(s) as well as developing Project Management Plan for project(s): scope, schedule, budget, communication, risks, procurement and quality.

REQUIRED SPECIFICATIONS

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree obtained abroad (e.g. Western/European universities) in Project Management or Finance. MBA is a plus.
• Project management certification
• Strong knowledge in Project Management - principles, methods and techniques;
• Past experience (2+years) working for an international organization in the area of project and/or construction management;
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals;
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public;
• Analytical skills, organizational skills, communication skills, excellent attention to detail;
• Demonstrated flexibility and good interpersonal skills;
• Ability to deliver complex project related information effectively, verbally, and in writing;
• Ability to communicate effectively with Azerbaijani and international stakeholders and partners, institutions, government officials etc;
• Fluency in English, Russian and Azerbaijani is required, both written and verbal.
