Baltika-Baku Brewery is seeking for Corporate Communications Head.
Company offers:

Location: Khirdalan, Shamakhi road
Working hours: 40 per a week
Business trips: 2-3 per a year
Job description:
- Leading Corporate Communications Department with four subordinates responsible for different directions;
- Being a part of lead team management advising on overall business development and budgeting strategies;
- Responsible for designing and planning Corporate Communications strategy in all directions (GR, PR, CSR, Internal Relations, Investor Relations);
- Managing external environment to build and protect the business and reputation of the Company and its brands;
- Building relations with Government, business partners, non-governmental organizations, media for Company interests
- Building internal communications strategy and leading the main processes within
- Advising to CEO and managing crisis/issue communication to external parties
- Leading brand PR campaigns
- Responsible for Corporate Social Responsibility strategy of the Company
- Speech writing for top management (business meetings, press conferences, Government communication)
Requirements:
Higher education
Min 3 years of experience in public relations / corporate communications
Ability to work under stress
Strong Leadership Competences
Fluent in Languages: Azerbaijani, Russian & English
Flexible personality
