What is expected from the candidate:

• Keep track and process accounts and outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
• Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording accounts payable data;
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted;
• Verify discrepancies and preparation of reconciliation acts;
• Insuring timely payment of the vendors’ invoices;
• Monthly check of vendors’ balances;
• Generate internal reports detailing accounts payable status;
• Working with internal financial programs, 1C etc;
• Work with Electronic Tax systems.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess: 

• Higher education in Economics, Finance and Accounting;
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Finance and Accounting;
• Above average Excel skills is an asset;
• Experience of working independently in 1C 8.3 program;
• Good knowledge of English and Azerbaijani languages, Russian is preferred;
• Financial Accounting (F3) and Financial Reporting (F7) certification is advantage;
• Good analytical skills.
