Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with clients in Russian and English, addressing inquiries, clarifying requirements, and providing timely updates on orders and products.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and manufacturers, ensuring accurate understanding of client specifications and relaying manufacturing needs to suppliers.
  • Collaborate closely with manufacturers to obtain all necessary documentation, including certificates and product details, to meet client requirements.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive offers to clients, incorporating pricing, product information, and relevant terms.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Incoterms to guide clients in selecting appropriate shipping and delivery options.
  • Manage logistics processes, coordinating shipment schedules, tracking orders, and addressing any delivery-related issues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation, including customs forms, import/export paperwork, and compliance documentation.
  • Utilize office software to maintain meticulous records, track order progress, and generate reports as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize procurement processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to procurement, logistics, and international trade.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both Russian and English languages (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Prior experience in a Buyer or Procurement role, preferably in a multinational or international trade environment, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Solid understanding of Incoterms and their application in international trade.
  • Familiarity with logistics processes, documentation requirements, and customs regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle time-sensitive tasks effectively.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven mindset.

Working Hours and Compensation:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Salary is negotiable and will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
  • Performance-based bonuses and incentives can be discussed based on individual and company achievements.
