AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for HSE Administrator (National)

The successful candidates should have:

• Previous experience in HSSE Administration role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Tools
• Translation  abilty (English – Azerbaijanian)
• Proficiency in document management

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Performing duties in accordance with HSSE Administration Activity Plan;
• Reviewing and adhering to the requirements of applicable Company specifications, policies, plans and procedures;
• Document control, maintaining and translation (English – Azerbaijanian) of all HSSE documents (procedures, TRA’s, incident reports, PTW’s, etc)
• Reviewing and distributing of all incident reports;
• Management of the HSSE Contract Action Tracking System, follow-up action implementation and close out of corrective actions items identified during inspections/assessments/audits/meetings, etc;
• Disseminating of HSSE bulletins, safety lessons learnt etc, to all concerned parties on the project and other stakeholders;
• Preparing weekly/monthly/quarterly reports, KPI’s and trend analysis of HSSE Performance data in a timely and accurate manner;
• Preparing and providing all necessary documentation for HSSE Committee (Management /Operation/Employee) meetings;
• Developing and maintaining forms / checklists / templates to conform with the requirements of HSSE Procedures / Manuals / Guidelines;
• Monitoring and updating HSSE Improvement, Activity Plans and Progammes / Assuarnce Schedules;
• Maintaining and completing Project Close out Reports/Annual Reports as required;
• Assisting in development and implementation of project specific HSSE plans and procedures and maintaining the gap analysis to bridge Company and client HSSE requirements;
• Ensuring adequate 'hard' resources such as IT equipment, office space and facilities are made available for HSSE team;
• Requisitioning and purchasing of HSSE equipment and other department supplies;
• Participate and contribute in all HSE (Health, Safety and Environment) campaigns, initiatives and safety meeting, as required;
• Participate and contribute in ATA (Amec, Tekfen Azfen consortium) personnel development programs.
