A Homeroom and Secondary (Lower and Upper) English Teacher

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in the required field;
• Excellent speaking and writing skills in English;
• At least 3 years of teaching experience in the required field;
• Willingness to work with students aged 11-16;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to work well with parents;
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & MS Teams), experience with educational technology and software;
• Strong knowledge of the Cambridge Lower and Upper secondary English curriculums;
• A clear understanding of lesson planning and differentiation.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing lesson plans, teaching a full range of subject areas, assessing and evaluating students educational progress;
• To organize classroom and learning resources in order to create a rich and stimulating learning environment where learners are welcome;
• To deliver high quality teaching and learning to pupils in line with the requirements of the Cambridge Lower and Upper Secondary English curriculums;
• To prepare and develop teaching materials, teaching programmes, methods of teaching and pastoral arrangements;
• Communicating students' progress accurately with parents.
