Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver comprehensive lesson plans in accordance with curriculum standards
• Utilize a variety of instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles
• Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum development and instructional practices
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic performance
• Participate in professional development opportunities to stay abreast of best practices in education

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Teaching certification/license (if applicable)
• Prior teaching experience in business education at the secondary or post-secondary level
• Strong knowledge of business concepts, principles, and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
