Position required: Project Manager

Location: Baku, Azerbaijan

Employee Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess current or future customer needs and priorities through communicating directly with customers, conducting surveys, or other methods;
• Lead the development of business and technical requirements for projects;
• Develop Project Management Plan for  projects: scope, schedule, budget, communication, human resources, risks, procurement and quality;
• Manage communication within projects: meetings, project reports, escalation of problems and etc.

Required qualifications:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Finance.
• Strong knowledge in Project Management - principles, methods and techniques.
• Project management certification is desirable.
• Fluency in English, Russian and Azeri is required, both written and verbal.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Able to clearly communicate complex project related information in an easy to understand manner; able to deliver message effectively verbally and in writing.
