İşin təsviri

Requirements: 

• Bachelor degree in relevant field; 
• At least 3 years of experience in in corporate low in consulting firm; 
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and advanced level of English, knowledge of Russian language is advantage;    
• Experience in using MS Office and Windows software packages; 

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare/review internal and clients contracts in accordance with the Civil Code and other legislations of the Republic of Azerbaijan; 
• Drafting employment contracts for employees; 
• Collect and prepares all necessary documents for the migration service for expat employees, apply to the appropriate authorities to obtain work permit and temporary residence; 
• Email communication and advises to clients
• Registration of legal entities in Azerbaijan
• Performs other tasks assigned by management.
