Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of architectural projects under the guidance of senior architects.
• Prepare drawings, blueprints, and specifications using AutoCAD software.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and adhere to project timelines.
• Conduct site visits and assist in gathering data for project assessments.
• Assist in the preparation of design presentations and project documentation, including creating and managing architectural and interior design schedules.
• Stay updated on industry standards, building codes, and regulations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in architectural design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
• Desirable: Proficiency in Revit software, with the ability to effectively utilize its features.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including strong presentation skills.
• Experience with related software such as Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Excel for creating and managing architectural and interior design schedules.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proactive attitude towards learning and adapting to new technologies and trends.
