AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for Project Administrator (National)

The successful candidates should be:

• Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in Local and English languages.
• Organized, attentive to detail, ability to cope under pressure.
• Previous experience in Oil / Gas / Engineering Company required.
• Computer literate
• Able to work with people at all levels
• Good communicator
• Able to work as member of a team

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Accurate input of data into project databases in line with applicable project procedures.
• Assist with the preparation of project documentation.
• Photo copying, filing and retrieval of documents.
• Provide secretarial support to the Project Team / Project Manager.
• Production of Word, EXCEL and PowerPoint documents/reports as required.
• Maintain accurate filing system for project letters / reports / memos etc
• Arrange travel/accommodation for project team members in line with company procedure.
• Take and record phone calls for project team members
