We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Onsite IT Support Intern to join our dynamic IT team.  It is paid position and  offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of IT support.

Position Overview:

As an Onsite IT Support Intern, you will be working closely with our IT team to provide crucial support services to our staff. This role is ideal for individuals pursuing a career in IT Onsite Support, network administration, or related fields. The intern will gain practical experience in system administration, IT project management, and user support, while working under the guidance of experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• **User Support:** Assist in resolving hardware and software issues for users onsite. Provide technical support and guidance to staff, helping to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
• **System Maintenance:** Perform routine checks and maintenance on network systems and IT infrastructure. Help in updating and installing software, and ensuring the optimal performance of systems.
• **Project Assistance:** Support the IT team in various projects, including system integrations and upgrades. Participate in planning and implementation stages under supervision.
• **Documentation and Reporting:** Assist in documenting IT processes and maintaining records of system configurations and changes. Prepare reports as required by the IT team.
• **Learning and Development:** Engage in learning opportunities to gain deeper insights into ITIL frameworks, network administration, and system administration. Participate in training sessions and workshops.
• **Team Collaboration:** Work collaboratively with the IT team and other departments to understand and meet their IT requirements effectively.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of IT principles and an eagerness to learn.
• Some familiarity with system administration, network environments, and IT support is preferred.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
