JOB SUMMARY
Assist and support commercial department within back office role in accurate data and document flow
JOB DUTIES
• Follow up distribution process through GPS system
• Allocation of customers on a digital GPS map within Azerbaijan
• Assistance in departmental projects
• Maintaining customer database and order processing
• Filing, archiving and allocation of sales documentation and invoices
• Checking documents for accuracy
• Executing commercial and activities reporting

Education & Experience
• Minimum professional experience as assistant or back office position

• Good written and spoken Azerbaijani and Russian languages, intermediate knowledge of English
