Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzing current business processes and identifying improvement areas 
• Oversee business results continuously and take necessary action for profitability
• Assess procedures and products and suggest for enhancement
• Offer strong analytical ability and judgment to inform and make decisions
• Design improved business processes, aligning them with related stakeholders within the Squad and central organization
• Make sure that new business processes are up to the company standards
• Checking the accuracy of pre-determined tariffs, exemptions and insurances, the appropriate level of valuation of the additional insurance object
• Proactively monitor the portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions, if necessary to ensure profitability
• Establish and update Underwriting Guidelines, Policy Forms and Training Materials
• Structure tailor-made underwriting solutions for new and existing Clients
• Support New Product development or New Distribution Channel exploration

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law or Economics
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in Underwriting, Insurance Industry 
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiarity with agile frameworks and experience working in cross-functional teams preferred 
• Ability to develop and foster relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Excellent research, detail orientation and creative problem-solving skills 
• Strong team player, able to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic, and collaborative environment
