DDLAR GROUP of companies operating in construction industry is urgently looking for HR Manager.

The successful candidates should have:

• Excellent organizational management skills
• Leadership skills
• A minimum of seven years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources position
• Expert in employment law and employee relations and communication
• Ability to direct the efforts of a team of diverse human resources professionals
• Professional level of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Responsible for the development of processes and metrics that support the achievement of the organization's business goals
• Create a high performance culture, emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development
• Create a good work environment in department, recognizing employee effort
• Maintain the pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys, preparing pay budgets, monitoring the individual pay actions.
• Recommending planning and implementing the pay structure revisions
• Maintain historical human resource records by designing a filling and retrieval system; keeping past and present records
• Coordinating with various construction HR teams and keeping site labor records and statistics
• To prepare the workforce  plans together with Discipline heads
• Management of recruitment process for national and expatriate personnel
• Liaison with recruitment agencies in order to fill the vacancies with professionals
• Helping to create and maintaining common framework for expat hiring and relocation.
• Preparation of visas, TRP and Work Permit documentation for newly recruited and existing personnel
• Ensure legal compliance affecting employee and employer interest.
• Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Scheduling and conducting job evaluations
• Conducting the exit interviews
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops: reviewing professional publications: establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Participation in internal and external HR audits
• Preparation of various reports and statistics
