Proposing proposals for the selection and application of methods and models for identifying, assessing and managing potential risks on the way to strategic goals, as well as participating in decision-making;
Make proposals on management, minimization and prevention of operational, market and credit risks and participate in activities in this direction;
Preparation of necessary reports in the process of operational, market and credit risk management, collection of information on key risk indicators and analysis;
Identifying potential risks and making suggestions for new products and services;
Assessment of business processes conducted in the structural units of the company, monitoring and making proposals in order to optimize risks;
Creating a risk map of the company's risks and implementing an ongoing monitoring process;
Carrying out awareness-raising activities in the structural units in order to increase the risk culture in the company.
Requirements:
Civil integrity;
Economic or financial education;
Experience: Minimum required work experience 2 years, 1 year for risk management function;
Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook), Statistical programs;
Ability to work fluently in Azerbaijani, Russian and English: including professional business communication, documentation and correspondence;
Other requirements: Technical-analytical knowledge;
Knowledge of legislation, documentation: Prudential requirements and rules in financial institutions;
Preference will be given to candidates who have obtained CFA or FRM certification results.
