The transmission of access information to ensure that the platform is used by customers;
To ensure that the platform works uninterrupted on the days when the market is active, to find instant solutions to problems;
The creation, cancellation and correction of processing orders to resolve inconsistencies in technical failures and to resolve inconsistencies in price quotes;
Reviewing all customer requests, to produce appropriate solutions to the need;
Respond to customer questions in a timely and professional manner via Email, phone, chat and solve technical problems;
To investigate local and international foreign exchange and money market opportunities to carry out the most advantageous transactions for the investment company;
Preparation of daily/monthly reports;
Work closely with sales and customer related departments;
Perform other verbal and written tasks given directly by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Higher education in Finance, Economy;
At least 2-3 years of business experience in the field (field experience gained in the investment services sector counts as an advantage);
Information about investment company activities;
License/Certification: CFA (1 or 2 degrees);
Ability to work freely in Azerbaijan, Russian and English: professional business communications, documentation and correspondence;
Ability to use MS Office;
Market information: Financial and Capital markets;
