Responsibilities:

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any disciplinary issues
  • Ensure compliance of HR processes with labor regulations
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, prepare HR reports

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor degree in Management or Business administration
  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Fluency in azerbaijani and russian languages, english is a plus
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Outstanding knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
