Responsibilities:
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any disciplinary issues
- Ensure compliance of HR processes with labor regulations
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, prepare HR reports
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Management or Business administration
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Fluency in azerbaijani and russian languages, english is a plus
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Outstanding knowledge of employment/labor laws
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Additional HR training will be a plus
