We are seeking Sales Specialist to join our team. The Sales Specialist will work with sales team to develop company`s productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding on sales field, excellent organizational and communication skills. 

Logistics Specialist Duties and Responsibilities:

• Working with sales team to improve its productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments;
• Ensure that customer calls, emails, and messages handled, customer queries answering, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events;
• Collaborating with other related departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently;
• Presenting the company's services as attractive to potential customers as possible;
• Provide required support to tendering & quoting staff for ensuring timely submission of tender/quotations before deadline;
• Make advisements to reach sales targets;

Sales Specialist Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field preferred 
• Fluent in Azerbaijani, English and Russian language skills
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of logistics systems and processes
• Working schedule: 5 days a week, from 9:00 to 18:00
